Micro Masterpieces started 6 years ago in the fall of 2018. The newly formed 501(c)3 needed to raise funds for expenses to run the organization. As we grew the fundraising capacity, we looked at how we could help the creative community of Rancho Cordova. It was decided that our mission of “Making Rancho Cordova a more vibrant, artful place to live, work, play and grow” was all about engaging the future creatives in our community – Students!

Since the inception of the fundraiser, we have grown the quality and the quantity of art and artists who participate. In 2023 we hit a milestone we didn’t think originally possible - $15,000. Last year we gave away over 14K dollars in physical art supplies to 59 teachers in 17 schools.
